On 4/20 we’re taking you higher as we bring you the sounds of Grant Glad, The TJD Trio, and the International Treasures. You may know Grant Glad from his radio show “Glad You’re Here” or Taylor James Donskey from holding down the low end in your favorite band, and maybe you know Ted Hajnasiewics and Doyle Turner from the International Treasures as two of the nicest guys around; but what all these acts have in common is a dedication to their craft. And that craft is songwriting, so come out and listen to some of the best Americana music the Twin Cities has to offer. The music of Minneapolis-based Americana singer-songwriter Grant Glad transforms the day-to-day struggle of American living into foot-stomping, full-hearted anthems about chasing dreams and dancing while you do it.
