We’re thrilled that the Bryant Lake Bowl could be the lo-ca-tion of your next cel-e-bration, so let’s talk. In an effort to keep things simple, here are a few easy steps to get the party started.
PICK A DATE!
Maybe have a couple in mind, then give a shout. It’s a little easier if you can schedule at least a month in advance. We say two weeks is the minimum. If all the stars aligned and you call us about the day after tomorrow, we’d try to make that happen too, but, don’t push it. We like a little time to prepare. Due to open bowling on the weekend we can only take reservations until 7pm on Fridays, between 4pm - 7pm on Saturdays, and after 4pm on Sundays.
PICK YOUR PARTY!
People love to BOWL at the Bryant Lake Bowl. We’ve got all sorts of ideas and games that help make this kind of event a success. Check it out in the Bowling Section. If bowling’s not up your alley* our 90 seat cabaret theater is available for party rentals and has the capability for presentations for business events. We throw an awesome breakfast meeting. Our evening shows are the perfect way to entertain a gang- bulk seats are available for purchase to any of our shows.

We’re proud of the food we serve here. Not only do we go to great lengths to make sure it’s local and organic, we make sure we’re serving food people really enjoy. Just click on the Party Menu and you’ll find all of our party favorites. If you don’t see what you’ve got a hankering for, just ask. We’ll do just about anything - within reason. Party food for the Party People! If your group is 15 or more, we encourage you to order from this menu. It gets complicated and scattered when food’s flying out of the kitchen in several rounds. This is our way of making sure we take the best care of you. Everyone bowls, eats and has fun all at once. Important Note: items from the party menu must be ordered 14 days before your event. Orders placed less than 14 days in advance may be subject to limited availability.

Actually, it’s beverage, but poison just sounds cooler. We’ve got a huge selection of drinks. Non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, beer, wine- you name it. We’ve also got options as far as how it’s served: open bar, drink tickets, or the “Hey, dude, we’re getting the Beer Plate Platter. You’re on your own with the brewskies!” We can help you figure out which drink decision is right for you ahead of time, or on the fly.

(This is all the formal stuff. We prefer to talk about the fun stuff, but this is stuff that must be said.)
A $100 deposit is required for parties of 10 or more. We charge your card the day you make the reservation to hold your date. On the day of your deal, you can apply this deposit towards your bill or refund it back to that card and pay another way.
The deposit is refundable only if BLB receives notice of party cancellation a minimum of 14 days in advance.
An 18% gratuity will be added to your food/beverage bill on the day of your event-unless you’re so psyched about the stellar service you decide to give more.
Oh. And Promotional Prices don’t apply to scheduled events.
