Scheduling
Thank you for your interest in having your event at the Bryant Lake Bowl. The first step in having your event is picking a date, so get a few in mind, and give us a call with any questions we have not answered here. We recommend scheduling at least one month in advance; two weeks is the minimum. You can go to www.bryantlakebowl.com in our bowling section and check out suggestions for fun bowling games. We also offer our theater space for breakfast meetings; please see the last page of this menu for details. Sorry, promotional prices to not apply to scheduled events.
Theater
The 90 seat cabaret theater is available for party rentals and has the capability for presentations for your business meetings. Bulk seats are available for purchase to any of our shows.
Menu Selection
We have a number of food options for you. If you have something specific in mind that isn’t here, let us know - we can do almost anything. There is also a copy of our regular menu on the site to give you an idea of foods that we regularly have in the house.
Groups of 15 or more are strongly encouraged to order items from the party menu-- this prevents delays in service. (Due to the fact that our kitchen is so small, larger groups ordering individual entrees would receive their food in several rounds.) Ordering food from the party menu allows us to set your food up buffet style so that your guests can eat and have bowling fun all at once!
Beverage Selection
We have a broad array of non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, beer and wine. You can have an open bar for your party, pass out drink tickets for your guests, or leave the beverages to your guests. We will help you make the best decision for your party and your guests when you call.
Deposit/Gratuity
A $100 deposit is required for parties of 10 or more. We charge the credit card the day you make the reservation, that is what will hold your date. When you arrive for your event you have the option of applying the deposit towards your bill or refunding the 100.00 back to your credit card. The deposit is refundable only if BLB receives notice of party cancellation a minimum of 14 days in advance. An 18% gratuity will be added to your food/beverage bill on the day of your event.

Build Your Own Tacos
Help yourself to a hard or soft shell taco with our taco bar. The meat is separate from the black and pinto bean mix so this is a vegetarian friendly option. The tacos are served with sides of our house-made salsa, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chopped fresh tomatoes, red onion, pickled jalapenos and chopped lettuce. Guacamole is available for 6.00 extra.
